  Among Judith Yaworsky's attributes is the ability to
  respond to the need for quick turnovers on rapidly
  emerging issues. Here are some examples:

  On a five-day turn-around, Judith stepped in to coordinate the
  media relations on one of Queen Elizabeth’s multi-province
  tours.  Despite an organization going back some nine months,
  Judith was able to step into this breach and positively resolve
  the issue, despite have no access to organizational files;

  During Canada 125, Judith organized Canada’s first Raise the
  Flag Day.  Working with four mayors, she led a team that
  worked with corporations and governments to organize
  events in 154 communities – in less than two months;

  Upon the death of a friend’s daughter in a school bus
  accident, Judith conceived and led Sandrine’s Gift of Life, an
  international organ and tissue donation non-profit organization
  with one goal:  to save lives by increasing the donor rate.  An
  Ottawa Citizen editorial called the initial two week campaign,
  launched just days after Sandrine’s death, “one of the most
  remarkable events in the history of our community.”  The
  organization made an impact.  Its major project was an on-line
  education project funded by the United States Department of
  Health and Human Services that brought the issue into
  classrooms in 191 countries.

"I thought it was a
  remarkable achievement
  on your part to take over as
  Federal Media Coordin-
  ator just a few days before
  the Royal Visit and still
  manage the media so
  successfully."

  Sir Phillip Moore
  Private Secretary to Her Majesty,
  Queen Elizabeth II
